Guy Braga, Knightstone's Community Development Officer visited us today and we had a lovely chat about our vision for the Gardens and also talked through the details of our grant application to Knightstone Housing.
We have applied for funding for a wildlife pond, a hedgehog house, a bee hotel and tools and equipment. Exciting times as any day now the wild flower seeds we planted will be coming into bloom and we will finally see what flowers were hiding in our seed packets!
Here's Guy checking out our temporary wildlife pond surorunded by water mint, purple loosestrife and cornflowers

and here's Rosie Dumpling and Bella waiting for Guy to arrive.....
