Here's a novel idea for nature lovers - creating a Bee Cafe - here's something you can put out for them as autumn approaches - BEE TEA!

Bee Tea Helps to boost bee immunity in preparation for the winter months. This recipe has been adapted from Bee Culture magazine’s original article.

A cereal bowl 1 cup of boiled spring water 2 tsp organic white or raw sugar 1 tbsp of chamomile flowers 1 tsp thyme leaves and/or flowers A pinch of mineral salt (rock or ground Himalayan) 1 drop of spearmint oil 1 drop of lemongrass oil

Dissolve the sugar and salt in the boiled water, add the herbs, cover and steep in the water overnight. Strain and then add your drops of purest quality essential oils.

Hang in bowls or stand in the garden in shallow feeders with stones/rocks/pebbles in the containers so that the bees have somewhere to land and sup.
